System Developer; Functional development / Automotive / Autonomous Driving

We are looking for a Senior Expert with over 10 years of relevant experience to lead functional development in a specialized technical domain. This role includes designing, implementing, and testing software while integrating and delivering high-quality solutions. The expert will work across vehicle systems, including HMI, combustion, electro-mobility, powertrain control, and more. The position focuses on early development phases and technical roadmaps, with an emphasis on networking and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement breakdown, software design, implementation, and testing.
• Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle, HMI, Powertrain, Diagnostics, etc.
• Lead system engineering within a technical team and ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate deliveries from other teams and secure quality before release.
• Develop and contribute to technical roadmaps and early development phases.
• Network across the organization, influencing global teams and business development.
• Act as a thought leader within and outside the company, shaping best practices and trends.
• Contribute to the education and development of others within the organization.
