System Development Support Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems during development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications before release.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Assist in setting up and managing development and production environments using tools like low-code and/or cloud-based platforms.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues using monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and patches.
- Support version control and release management processes using Git and automated deployment tools.
- 1~3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with programming/script languages (e.g., Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in technology consulting and/or IT system integration is preferred.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
