System Engineer AMS
Join Orbit Communication Systems as a System Engineer AMS, where you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced communication systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilites
- Overall responsibility of the development of complex Airborne Communication systems.
- Lead the System level architecture of complex systems, and be an expert in the System, Software and Hardware specifications.
- Coordinating internal R&D resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Conduct system integration and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within development budget.
- Matrix structure management of Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Verification teams for several projects in parallel – different requirements, use cases and customers.
- Lead an internal and external design reviews, pre and post sales activities with various customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in system design and architecture development.
- Experience with communication protocols and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
