System Engineer

Arsenalia is seeking a System Engineer to join our dynamic team in Italy, contributing to digital transformation projects across industries.

You’ll administer Microsoft 365 and Azure IaaS/PaaS in hybrid environments, design integrations between on‑premises and cloud, and strengthen security and identity management.

This mid‑level role emphasizes collaboration, independent problem solving, and ongoing learning within our AI & Data Automation practice. English at B2 level is preferred.

Administer, configure, and drive the evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, and related services. Manage and maintain on-premises and hybrid Active Directory infrastructures, including identity and authentication services. Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services to support customer infrastructure and application requirements. Design and manage integration solutions between on-premises and cloud environments. Monitor, optimize, and secure customer's IT infrastructures. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender. Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and related PaaS services such as Storage Accounts, Azure Firewall, App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Arc. Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing on-premises Active Directory Domain Services environments. Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation. Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with a consulting mindset and customer-oriented approach. Strong teamwork and collaboration; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
