Responsibilities
Supporting Customers with product-specific issues over the zoom/email/ticketing system.
Preparation, planning, and consulting with the Customers in regard to the deployment of the product.
Installation of the product in cooperation with the Customers.
Customer training in regard to the proper deployment/configuration and usage of the product.
Consulting with the Customers in terms of potential issues in the Customer environment that could impact the proper functionality of the product.
Preventive maintenance of the product to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working with Windows
3+ years of experience in network infrastructures
3+ years of experience with Linux
Experience with VMware or similar tools
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
