System Engineer

This position will be based in the DC Metro Area.

We are looking for candidates with interdisciplinary engineering experience focused on how to design and manage complex engineering systems over their life cycles. Experience with requirements definition, development of detailed system designs, testing and integration as well as development of technical documentation are mandatory skills that the candidate must demonstrate.

Experience and or certification with Microsoft Server and or Desktop Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems and or Hyper Visors such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V are desired skills that the candidate should be able to demonstrate.

Familiarity with a wide variety of scripting/programming languages, automation, computer hardware architectures, storage technologies, data center technologies and sound understanding of network technologies are also desired skills that the candidate should be able to demonstrate.

Minimum Education

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering

Minimum Experience

3 Years Providing systems engineering leadership in managing complex hardware/software development or integration projects
