System Engineer

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and IT infrastructure.

• Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Handle customer technical support cases through email and messaging platforms.

• Manage and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and related IT systems.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure reliable operation of network and server environments.

Requirements:

• Good logic handling and troubleshooting skill.

• Experience in managing network devices and servers.

• Proactive Personality. Willing to ask, take challenge and look for self-improvement.

• Knowledge of LINUX, Windows desktop, Windows Server and networking.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Must be able to speak and write fluent English, as well as understand and communicate effectively with clients in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar field.

• Open for Malaysian only.
