We are seeking a hands-on System Engineer to administer, support, and enhance our self-hosted ServiceNow ITSM platform for one of our sizeable Financial Services clients.


Your new role

• Administer and maintain the self-hosted ServiceNow platform, including configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and plug-in management.
• Design and develop workflows, automation scripts, service catalogue items, and platform enhancements based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal systems using REST APIs.
• Support ITIL processes, including incident, change, asset, configuration, and knowledge management.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and support configuration and asset management activities.
• Monitor platform performance and availability; perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, administration, and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, especially change, asset, and configuration management.
• Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• Experience with multi-platform OS administration, preferably Windows and Linux.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for operational support and maintenance.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
