System Engineer (ITSM/Servicenow)

Salary: $38,000 – $55,000 per month

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with IT teams and external vendors to build and improve our self-hosted ITSM platform (ServiceNow) based on business needs and ITIL best practices.

• Create workflows and automation to improve efficiency and the end-user experience.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other internal systems to support ITIL processes.

• Own and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM environment, including administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, plugin management, and ongoing enhancements.

• Coordinate with vendors on release management and configuration changes to support IT operations.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for the ITSM platform (design, configuration, administration, and operational procedures).

Requirements

Essential

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, deployment, and administration.

• Understanding of ITIL processes, especially change management, asset management, and configuration management.

• Experience administering multi-platform operating systems.

• Experience using REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.

• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
