System Engineer (L2 Support / Virtualization / Security)
Summary
Supports L2 IT operations, virtualization, and security by implementing technical tasks, maintaining documentation, and providing post-deployment client support in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Execute technical implementation tasks
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Deliver post-deployment support
Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks
Support client training and handover
Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence
Requirements:
At Least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
Competent in technical documentation and client communication
Responsible and service-oriented
Logical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakes
Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks
