System Engineer - L3
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
5–8+ years enterprise infrastructure implementation, with lead-engineer accountability on delivered projects
Skills across routing & switching (CCNA/CCNP+), wireless (Meraki MR, Aruba), collaboration/VoIP (Yealink, MS Teams Rooms), and AV integration
Professional-level certification on at least one principal vendor stack; actively pursuing expert-level
Demonstrated root-cause ownership on high-severity incidents; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical designs
Certs a plus: Meraki, Yealink/AV, CWNA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead engineer on multi-site, data center, security, and integration projects; own the technical plan, implementation procedure, and client acceptance
Design, configure, and deploy enterprise routing/switching (Cisco/Meraki), wireless (site survey, AP placement, RF tuning), collaboration/VoIP (Yealink, MS Teams Rooms, SIP/UC), and AV solutions (displays, processors, mics/speakers) for client sites and meeting rooms
Serve as final internal escalation for critical incidents (P1/P2); own root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, and vendor TAC engagement through the distributor
Set configuration standards, templates, and runbooks for the team; review L2 designs and as-builts
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and coach them toward certifications
Support Pre-Sales with deliverability input on complex proposed solutions
Prepare technical documentation (As-Built, MOP, risk assessments) per ISO 27001/ITIL v4; coordinate with vendors and clients during implementation, cutover, and on-site testing
