System Engineer
- To support technically Operation and Maintenance of Day to Day VAS activities
- To handle the complaints related with VAS systems and help the partners in order to solve easily customer complaints
- To cooperate with VAS vendors, related counterpart departments and third party partners for the daily tasks and projects
- To manage effectively the new projects as per timeline
- To handle the operations to fulfill the VAS systems performance and services
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in System engineering
- Degree in Computer Studies
- Knowledge in Development and Maintenance of Software Application
- Communication Skill and Negotiation skills
- Experience in messaging, customer supporting with VAS systems in Telecom or ISP services.
- Have sufficient technical knowledge( eg. Database, APIs, Software tools)
