System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and analyze the performance of tools, workflows and anti piracy programs.
• Support operational tasks within Anti-Piracy workflows.
• Identify and report issues related to operations; create clear, well-documented tickets.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Document processes and maintain operational guidelines.

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency in Python (data manipulation, API integration, automation).
• Fundamental knowledge of databases and query operations.
• Familiarity with Linux and command-line environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (knowledge of IPTV and streaming protocols is a plus).
• Ability to learn quickly and adhere to operational procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Interest in cyber-security.
• Interest in piracy/anti-piracy.
