System Engineer / Network Engineer

Salary: ฿20,000 – ฿30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage schedule and co-ordination with customer for project installation, implementation and project sign-off.

• Monitor, and maintain security measures for customer’s application assets and infrastructure

• Investigate and troubleshooting network and security problems.

• Co-operate with product vendors to provide in depth troubleshooting and escalation

• Learn research and update with technologies/products to customers and internal teams.

• Conducted administrative training.

• Responding to all Web, Application, and API security breaches.

• Ensuring that the customer's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.

• Participating in the change management process.

• Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.

• Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with supervisor and customer’s related department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineer or any Computer-related fields.

• 1-5 years experience

• Knowledge in basic network, computer security and OSI model

• Good command of English (Fluent/ Communicate level)

• Ability to support on-site

• Able to work well under pressure and flexible time

• Characteristics: Good attitude, fast learner and problem-solving skills
