Job Description System & Network Administrator
Location: NIA, Visakhapatnam
Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a System & Network Administrator with hands-on experience in System Administration, Network Administration, and IT Infrastructure Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, servers, and enterprise infrastructure.
* Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, user access, and security groups.
* Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
* Handle system monitoring, incident management, RCA and SLA compliance.
* Support Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
* Perform system deployments, OS configuration, patch management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Coordinate with network/infrastructure teams for L1/L2/L3 issue resolution.
* Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL/service management processes.
