System Engineer
Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿40,000 per month
About the role
This is a System Engineer role responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Servers, Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Servers, Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor system performance, analyze issues, and perform troubleshooting
Manage Linux and Windows Servers, Virtualization, and Cloud environments
Perform server installation, configuration, patching, backup, and maintenance
Troubleshoot Network, Firewall, DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching issues
Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, and Cacti, and ticketing tools such as Freshdesk and ClickUp
Use Shell, Python, and Ansible to automate system operations
Provide Tier 2 support, handle escalations, and participate in on-call support
Follow ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 standards and perform other assigned tasks
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in System Engineer, Network, Infrastructure, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server, such as Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, and Windows Server
Experience with Cloud / Virtualization technologies such as OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Good knowledge of Networking and Troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewall
Experience with Ceph, NFS, S3, MySQL/MariaDB, or MongoDB is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
