System Engineer

Salary: ฿27,000 – ฿40,000 per month

About the role

This is a System Engineer role responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Servers, Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Servers, Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability

• Monitor system performance, analyze issues, and perform troubleshooting

• Manage Linux and Windows Servers, Virtualization, and Cloud environments

• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, backup, and maintenance

• Troubleshoot Network, Firewall, DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching issues

• Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, and Cacti, and ticketing tools such as Freshdesk and ClickUp

• Use Shell, Python, and Ansible to automate system operations

• Provide Tier 2 support, handle escalations, and participate in on-call support

• Follow ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 standards and perform other assigned tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

• At least 2 years of experience in System Engineer, Network, Infrastructure, or related roles

• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server, such as Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, and Windows Server

• Experience with Cloud / Virtualization technologies such as OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Good knowledge of Networking and Troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewall

• Experience with Ceph, NFS, S3, MySQL/MariaDB, or MongoDB is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
