System Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Summary
Maintains and supports IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) while troubleshooting issues and documenting systems, with occasional on-call duties in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems
- Collaborate with system development teams on system design, implementation, integration, and testing
- Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including executing corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize system downtime
- Develop and maintain technical and program documentation to support effective planning and execution
- Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor's Degree Holder (Open for Fresh Graduates)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networking
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to continuously upgrade skillsets
