System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our infrastructure and security team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and architecting technology solutions, strong Linux fundamentals, and exposure to enterprise collaboration and security platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain system infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients

• Architect and deploy technical solutions based on client requirements

• Research and develop solutions based on client needs

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based server environments

• Support the deployment and maintenance of Nextcloud-based collaboration solutions

• Assist in implementing and maintaining Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions

• Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, infrastructure) on project delivery

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a System Engineer

• Proven track record of solution implementation and architecture design

• Strong working knowledge of open-source Linux systems at an engineer level (installation, administration, troubleshooting, scripting)

• Minimum education: D3 (Diploma) or equivalent

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work both independently and within a team

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Nextcloud stack technology (deployment, integration, administration)

• Familiarity and expertise with Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions

• Relevant certifications (Linux, cloud, or security-related)
