System Engineer / Senior System Engineer
Summary
Deploys, configures, and troubleshoots Windows servers, networks, and IT infrastructure while supporting system integration and documentation for client projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Engineers in delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Perform system deployment, configuration, database setup, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Configure network devices, perform IP addressing, network connectivity checks, and basic switch configuration.
- Install, test, debug, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications.
- Support system integration, testing (UAT/FAT/SAT), staging, and production deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support for tender submissions where required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in system deployment, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Server, networking, and database administration.
- Experience with database setup, backup, recovery, and data migration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, MFA/2FA, Patch Management, MDM, Antivirus, or other enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Experience with system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of MS SQL, VAPT, software development, physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control), or high availability technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
