System Engineer - Server Storage

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Server, Storage, Virtualization, and HCI solutions based on business and technical requirements.

• Manage daily operations and perform advanced troubleshooting for server, storage, virtualization, and HCI environments to ensure system availability and performance.

• Conduct capacity planning, performance monitoring, health checks, and optimization of infrastructure resources.

• Perform infrastructure maintenance and lifecycle activities, including patching, firmware upgrades, hardware replacement, configuration changes, and system upgrades.

• Collaborate with application, database, network, security, and other technical teams to support infrastructure integration and resolve complex technical issues.

• Lead technical implementation, migration, and expansion projects while ensuring proper planning, testing, documentation, and post-implementation validation.

• Analyze recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend preventive and corrective actions.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, infrastructure diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and coordinate with vendors or principals for issues requiring advanced support.
