System Engineer

Then our Directory Services team in Zürich is looking forward to hearing from you.
What You Will Do
- Design, operate, and secure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments (including MFA, SSO, and PIM) in a hybrid setup.
- Constantly improve and automate existing services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and incident resolution
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our critical systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science (FH, HF, Uni) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-scale environments and critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Microsoft management tools (MEMCM, SCOM, ADFS, Hyper-V), Networking and Hardware management
- Fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German is a plus
