System Engineer / System Administrator / Infrastructure Specialist (SI)

We are a System Integrator delivering IT infrastructure projects for clients. This role requires strong hands-on skills across system implementation, documentation and ongoing support. You will be involved in the full lifecycle - planning, installation, management, monitoring, troubleshooting and project handover.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage and backup systems at client sites

• Implement and upgrade network and security infrastructure: switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN etc

• Troubleshoot and act as Tier-2 escalation for system, network and security incidents

• Perform maintenance including patching, firmware planning, firewall rule reviews ad preventive checks

• Monitor and remediate backup jobs and system health for managed clients

• Produce documentation including low-level designs, implementation/test plans and operational records

• Coach junior engineers and review configurations before deployment

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in system / network engineering and client project delivery

• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, virtualization and security platforms

• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems, track issues, and implement solutions

• Experience in IT project planning and management with solid customer handling skills

• Self‑motivated, proactive, responsible, and customer‑focused

• Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and perform under pressure

• Good problem-solving with esffective communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
