System Engineer
Summary
Maintains and troubleshoots a core banking platform (Finacle 10.x/11.x) and its supporting stack (Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL) in a production environment.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Finacle 10.x/11.x, with hands-on experience in Finacle 11.x preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Finacle setup, installation, configuration, and implementation for Finacle 10.x or 11.x environments.
- Experience providing production environment support, including incident troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of change management processes, release management, and deployment activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
