Summary

Our Client is currently seeking a System Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
Maintain and configure servers, computer systems, and virtualization platforms.
Fix technical issues quickly, find root causes, and prevent future problems.
Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware/software errors, fix them, and document the solutions.
Monitor system health, emails, and networks (AD, ADFS, SSO, TCP/IP).
Support internal applications teams and external clients with system issues.
Track IT assets and handle assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma (HD) or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
3+ years of IT support experience.
Experience in supporting traffic management/control or incident management systems is a big advantage.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
