System Engineer

SYSTEM ENGINEER

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused System Engineer to provide technical expertise and support across system administration, troubleshooting, and production operations. In this role, you will work both in-house and at customer sites to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security infrastructure. You will collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, support business development activities, and assist in product demonstrations or presentations. This position requires a solid foundation in Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity, along with the ability to manage projects effectively and deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration, Administration and Maintenance Support
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Provide Network Architecture design and solution
• Participate in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, hardening, verification, and cybersecurity assessment test VAPT
• Setup and Configure for Network, Firewall and switches

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Operation or relevant disciplines
• Good understanding cybersecurity hardening methodologies, scripting and tools
• Be familiar with Windows / Linux OS, has hands-on experience with Windows / Linux OS hardening and MS SQL Server hardening.
• Has Experience with TCP/IP network switch and routing. Be CCNA, Security+, related to network certified will be a plus.
• Must have interest in learning new technologies, and tools.
• Show strong attention to detail, be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
• Team player with good communication skills
