System Engineer (Windows, Clonezilla, over $30K)
Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Provide daily technical support of a system for incident handling
Provide daily technical support of a single sign-on tool
Provide day-to-day technical support, including PCs related hardware and software
Maintain GOA PC installation images
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve ad hoc enquiries and problems
Provide on-site support service
Assist in other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Higher Diploma in Computing related subjects
At least 3 years experience in infrastructure
Familiar with using Clonezilla and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to prepare Windows installation images
Hands-on experience in preparing Windows batch scripts to automate tasks is essential
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows server administration is essential including server patch deployment and server accounts administration
Working experience in the Government is required
Experience in supporting production systems on GCIS platform is preferred
Good communication skills
