System FAE - Server / PCIe / Storage

Required Qualifications

*3+ years of experience in system FAE, server validation, platform engineering, or Linux system support.
*Familiar with Linux system troubleshooting and commonly used tools.
*Basic understanding of PCIe architecture, including Root Port, PCIe devices, link speed, and link width.
*Hands-on experience with server hardware such as NVMe SSD, NIC, GPU, or other PCIe devices.
*Basic knowledge of NVMe SSD operation and storage performance testing.
*Experience using tools such as FIO or similar benchmark/validation tools.
*Basic Bash scripting ability for test automation and log collection.
*Able to reproduce customer issues, collect debug information, and communicate findings clearly with internal engineering teams.
*Willing and able to learn new technologies, such as GPU servers, PCIe switches, IOMMU, and advanced storage technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience with NVIDIA GPU servers or CUDA environments.
*Experience with PCIe switches or multi-device PCIe server architectures.
*Familiarity with IOMMU, ACS, ATS, or PCIe P2P.
*Experience with SPDK, DPDK, VFIO, or hugepages.
*Familiarity with Linux kernel modules, DKMS, or driver debugging.
*Experience with server bring-up, performance tuning, or root-cause analysis.
*Experience with NUMA or CPU/GPU/NVMe affinity tuning.
*Experience running AI applications or workloads such as GNN, LLM, recommandation systems, computer vision, or other GPU-accelerated workloads.
*Familiarity with GNN frameworks or libraries such as PyTorch Geometric, DGL, or similar tools.
