Role and responsibilities The System Install Owner (SIO) ensures installation success by driving readiness, managing risks, and leading on-site execution to hit all KPIs and quality targets. The SIO owns the outcome end-to-end-spotting issues early, steering decisions, and securing delivery. After each install, the SIO capture and embed lessons learned to prevent repeat issues and elevate performance across future projects. " You'll be working for the TWINSCAN Factory (TF), which is responsible for the production of our Deep ultraviolet (DUV) machines. As a System Install Owner you will: - Prepare installations in Veldhoven by staying updated and ensuring smooth transfer to the field. - Validate deviations (ODRs, DNs) to secure full technical and logistical readiness. - Oversee on-site performance, keeping Quality, Cycle Time, and Cost on target. - Coordinate and report progress to keep all stakeholders aligned. - Plan and adjust daily work, anticipating risks, and initiating first corrective actions. - Drive escalations effectively, ensuring data-driven decisions and timely closure. - Secure required resources and support to maintain installation momentum. - Capture structural issues and lessons learned and ensure proper follow-up. - Communicate and collaborate across stakeholders to resolve challenges quickly. - Act as the key link to Veldhoven, providing transparent status, KPI, and recovery updates. - Own...
