System IT Administrator
Summary
The System IT Administrator provides front-line and remote technical support for end users, managing hardware, network infrastructure, and system access. The role involves maintaining IT documentation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
· Handle all end user IT support requests with professional manner
· Provide front line / end user / remote support in all IT related issues
· Support and maintain the servers, local area network, wide area network and wireless network including users' laptop, mobile configuration and printer setup.
· Maintain proper records and documentations (fixed assets and equipment inventory etc) of the IT related services
· Troubleshooting and diagnose of user IT incidents (for system software and hardware including printers system and door access system)
· Handle IT new user creation/deletion/modification requests
· Handle/ support / coordinate with regional IT, external vendor and 3rd party support. To check on system updates periodically. Provide solutions to user' issues.
· Align with HQ to maintain IT standard and compliance
