System Lead Engineer (SLE)

▪Technical Leader and Ownership of projects
▪Acquisition, development, integration and validation of the (sub-)system according to Technical and non-technical requirements
▪Specific system release plan and feature roll-out plan maturity company strategy
time, scope, cost and quality targets
▪Acting as a leader and role model for the sub-team being accountable for the
success of the domain specific project-targets
▪Acting as a team-member in the core-team being responsible for the successful
integration of interdependent concepts
▪Acting as a key contact for the customer
▪Assessing and ensuring the technical maturity of products according to the project contracts
▪Development of products from the acquisition to the handover phase for serial production
▪Design for Quality, Manufacturing, Automation and design to cost
▪Responsible for technical aspects of Change management, chance/risk-management
▪Displaying a professional attitude in situation of high pressure, and the ability to work independently are required in this position
