Support operational migration activities, including documentation updates, system checks and account data updates.

Conduct post-migration checks to ensure systems and account information are accurate.

Perform account maintenance and update records where necessary.

Assist internal teams with daily operational tasks and more complex cases.

Update process documentation to reflect changes where required.
