System & Network Engineer 網管工程師

Primarily remote position. Responsible for handling enterprise network and LAN operations, including basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of switches, routers, and firewalls. Task-based, on-demand assignments.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities
:

1.Remotely troubleshoot issues such as enterprise LAN failures, VPN connectivity problems, network outages, and abnormal internet access.


2.Perform basic configuration and policy adjustments for switches, routers, and firewalls.


3.Handle enterprise intranet planning, IP address management, and network optimization.


4.Provide remote assistance for basic network issues on end-user computers and servers.


5.Conduct on-site visits as needed (optional, with subsidies negotiable separately) and deliver network debugging documentation.

Job Requirements
:

1.Familiar with TCP/IP protocols and routing/switching fundamentals, with knowledge of mainstream network equipment.


2. Experience in enterprise intranet troubleshooting and VPN debugging.


3.Strong remote support skills with clear and effective communication.


4.Provide your own remote support tools and respond to故障 tickets in a timely manner.


5.Prior experience as an on-site network administrator for small and medium-sized enterprises is preferred.
