System Services Associate / Business Analyst ( Securities Firm )

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Securities / Bond / Fund related Trading System Development

• Assist in liaising with business users, vendors, and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project

• Assist in gathering and analysing user requirements into functional specifications

• Assist in executing user acceptance testing including test planning, execution, and defect management

• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities

• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, IT or other relevant area

• 2years of experience; brokerage background preferred.

• Strong communicator with good market awareness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
