System Solutions Director – Building Automation
Summary
Oversee lighting controls and building automation projects in hospitality and commercial sectors, managing design, coordination, and handover while liaising with stakeholders.
We are looking for System Solutions Director to support the delivery of lighting controls and building automation projects in the hospitality and commercial sectors. This role combines project management, technical coordination.
The successful candidate must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from design to handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare and Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders
- Preferably with knowledge of lighting controls, building automation, KNX, DALI, Lutron, or similar systems
- Preferably with experience in hospitality and commercial projects
