System Support - 12 months contract

Salary: $4,500 – $6,100 per month

Job Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Consultant, System Support to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide expert technical consulting and support across Microsoft SharePoint Portal, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive efficient solutions that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with professional communication skills to deliver exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide comprehensive technical support and consulting services for Microsoft SharePoint Portal, AWS, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments

• Analyze system requirements and design customized solutions that meet business needs and organizational standards

• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and implement effective resolutions to minimize system downtime

• Configure, deploy, and maintain cloud-based and enterprise systems with meticulous attention to detail

• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful system implementations

• Optimize system performance through regular monitoring, analysis, and proactive maintenance

• Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions in an organized manner for knowledge management

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices

• Support system migrations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple platforms

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Portal administration, configuration, and customization

• Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform and cloud infrastructure management

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, and support

• Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with system performance optimization and tuning

• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
