Systems Support Engineer

Join our IT Services team and help support the technology that powers our corporate operations, guest experiences, and mountain environments.
This hands-on role provides technical support across multiple businesses and locations, ensuring critical systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.
What You'll Do

Support and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, end-user devices, and telephony systems
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange Online
Manage incidents and service requests through Freshservice
Support operational technologies including access control, POS systems, digital signage, and connectivity services
Maintain IT assets, documentation, and knowledge base articles
Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Participate in an on-call roster, including winter season and weekend support

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Administrator, IT Support, or Service Desk role.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft identity management (eg AD, Entra), and Intune environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience supporting multi-site environments
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms
