System Support Engineer (Overnight shift is required, 7x24)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Data Centre and control room operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling

• Need to work on shift duty for the routine operations and administration of our clients’ network and systems hosted in Data Centre and control room

• Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management

• Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines

• 3 year or above in Data Centre operation

• Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude;

• Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift

• Candidate with more experience would be considered as senior/ supervisor role

• Immediately available is preferred

Working Hour:

• Shift duty with 7 x 24 (12 hr per shift)
