What we need from you:

• Experience - You have at least 3+ years of system support experience
• Customer Service - You provide amazing customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Comprehensive Knowledge - Understanding of software development standards
• Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems, experience with staffing agency software is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

• Take initiative and prioritize tasks when IT tickets are increasing rapidly
• Answer incoming calls and chats
• Implement tech-savvy skills to provide high-level support
• You are a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues
• Have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with customers
• Provide helpful assistance to end-users and guide them to the best solution
