SYSTEM TECHNICIAN
Summary
On-site technician installs, maintains, and repairs access control, turnstiles, barrier gates, and related security systems across commercial and government sites.
* Install, configure, and commission access control systems, turnstiles, barrier gates, and related security equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.
* Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
* Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical support to customers.
* Perform system testing and ensure installations meet quality standards.
* Assist with cable routing, wiring, and equipment mounting.
* Prepare service reports and update maintenance records.
* Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project completion.
* Provide customer training after system installation when required.
* Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
## Requirements
* NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
* Experience in access control, CCTV, turnstiles, automatic gates, or ELV systems is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and hand tools.
* Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
* Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
