System Test Engineer

The System Test Engineer will design and implement automated test scenarios for automotive electronic systems using C, CAPL, and hardware-in-the-loop benches. This is a 6-month fixed-term role focused on validating communication protocols and system requirements.

What you can expect
- Design relevant test cases based on the System Requirements
- Implement automated test scenarios using specific test / scripting languages (e.g. CAPL) and furthermore develop new means of testing
- Help designing and implementing hardware-in-the-loop test benches - Continuous Testing knowledge is a plus
- Help in improving the testing process
- This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, ideal for professionals interested in gaining experience in automotive test automation and validation, with the possibility of extending the collaboration beyond the initial contract period
What you'll bring
- Previous work experience in designing test cases and test automation solutions (ISTQB is a plus)
- Knowledge of CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet communication protocols; experience with one of the associated tools (i.e. CANoe, CANalyzer, DIVA) is a plus
- Good microcontrollers understanding
- Medium C programming skills (Python or other scripting languages knowledge is a plus)
- A curious and analytical mindset
