The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Systematic Review Analyst to work across all practice areas within Adelphi Values PROVE. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong scientific background and an interest in evidence-based medicine, healthcare decision-making, and pharmaceutical consulting.

The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of systematic literature reviews (SLRs), targeted literature reviews (TLRs), and evidence synthesis projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Working alongside experienced consultants, analysts and systematic review technical leads, you will contribute to evidence generation activities that support clinical development, market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and reimbursement submissions globally.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in systematic review methodologies, evidence synthesis, and broader HEOR disciplines within a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Literature Review and Evidence Synthesis
Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews in accordance with established methodologies and client requirements.
Develop and execute literature searches across biomedical databases, including MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, and relevant conference proceedings.
Screen titles, abstracts, and full-text publications against predefined eligibility criteria.
Extract clinical, epidemiological, patient-reported outcome, and economic data from published literature.
Assess study quality and risk of bias using accepted methodological frameworks.
Support qualitative evidence synthesis and preparation of evidence summaries.

Project Delivery
Assist in developing systematic review protocols, screening forms, extraction templates, and study flow diagrams.
Maintain accurate documentation of review activities and decisions.
Contribute to project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Support senior team members with evidence synthesis reports and client presentations.

Scientific Writing
Draft technical reports, evidence summaries, slide decks, and study documentation.
Assist with manuscript preparation for peer-reviewed publication.
Contribute to abstracts, posters, and conference presentations.

About you
Essential skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as life sciences, health economics or public health
Excellent data analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic understanding of research methods and critical appraisal of scientific literature.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project timelines

Desirable skills
A postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject
Awareness of systematic review methodologies and evidence synthesis principles
Understanding of HEOR, market access, healthcare policy or HTA processes
Experience using literature screening platforms
