Systems Administrator supporting enterprise Linux and Windows environments in Reston, VA — day-to-day systems administration, Tier 1/2 technical support, scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python/Perl), and digital forensics/storage recovery work. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a team supporting enterprise Linux and Windows environments in the Reston area. The ideal candidate will have strong systems administration and Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support experience, along with expertise in scripting, digital forensics, and storage recovery. This position requires an additional security scrub.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience administering Linux and Windows systems in enterprise environments.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl, or similar languages.
- Digital forensics and/or storage recovery experience.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, file systems, RAID, disk management, and partitioning (MBR/GPT).
- Familiarity with storage interfaces (SATA, SAS, NVMe, USB) and LUKS-encrypted file systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot damaged, encrypted, and non-standard storage devices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering and configuring sponsor collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments.
