Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's technology infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems while supporting end users across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Administer and maintain Windows, macOS, and cloud-based environments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.
  • Manage servers, storage, networking equipment, and endpoint devices.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Identity & Access Management

  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, and related platforms.
  • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
  • Ensure appropriate access controls and security permissions are maintained.

Cloud & Enterprise Applications

  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Manage integrations between business-critical systems.
  • Assist with application deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.

Endpoint Management

  • Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF.
  • Configure device policies, compliance settings, and security controls.
  • Support laptop, desktop, and mobile device deployments.

End User Support

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Train users on new technologies, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations roles.
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and device management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Jamf, MDM platforms, or Zero Trust architecture.
  • Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or automation tools.
  • Microsoft, Azure, AWS, CompTIA, or related certifications a plus
  • Experience supporting highly regulated environments.
