Systems Administrator - Servicenow

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join a platform team within a leading financial services organisation.
This is an opportunity to work on a strategic enterprise ServiceNow platform that supports critical IT and business services across the organisation.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator / Platform Administrator
• Experience supporting ServiceNow within a large or complex enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including users, roles, groups, access and security
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration
• Experience working with workflows, Business Rules, forms and UI policies
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving platform incidents
• A strong understanding of platform stability, governance and change management
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patches and releases
• The ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
