Join Syone as a Systems Administrator located in Lisbon, working in a hybrid model. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration and monitoring of Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring system stability, performance and availability.

• Management and maintenance of virtualized infrastructures using technologies such as CloudStack, VMware, Hyper-V and/or Proxmox VE.

• Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across systems, networks and applications.

• Execution of technical tests, preparation of documentation and reporting to support infrastructure operations and improvements.

• Support and maintenance of both cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.

• Collaboration with technical teams in the implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Systems Administration.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.

• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure troubleshooting.

• Experience with system monitoring and day-to-day IT operations.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.

• Good level of English proficiency.
