Systems Administrator

Salary: $100k + super

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a collaborative IT team in a broad, hands-on technical role.

This opportunity would suit an IT infrastructure all-rounder who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex problems and working across a varied technology environment. You don't need to be a specialist in every technology - we're looking for someone with strong technical foundations, curiosity and the ability to investigate problems and work through solutions.

The Role

• Providing Level 2/3 technical support and resolving more complex infrastructure issues
• Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
• Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
• Supporting cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure
• Supporting technical projects and infrastructure upgrades

About You

• 5 years of experience in systems administration & infrastructure support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Good experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop/SOE knowledge
• Experience with Azure and Entra ID
• Active Directory and Group Policy experience
• Exposure to Intune and/or Autopilot
