Our IT team provide the technical support to keep our systems, tools, applications and hardware running so that our crew can do what they do best.
We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join the team – a hands-on role bridging our Systems Engineers and IT Support Technicians.
Our Systems Administrators:
Administer core business systems (Odoo ERP, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, security tooling, and production software), managing changes through proper change control.
Manage identity and access, including provisioning, permissions, and regular access reviews.
Own the SOE, workstation builds, endpoint management, and software/hardware deployment across the fleet, acting as escalation point for Support Technicians.
Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualisation, handle patching, monitoring, backups, and network troubleshooting.
Support specialist production technology (3D printing/scanning, manufacturing systems, high-performance workstations).
Uphold security standards, remediate vulnerabilities, and assist during security incidents.
Contribute to systems/infrastructure projects, automate routine tasks, and support development work under DevOps guidance.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running – you’ll know systems administration and have at least 5 years’ experience in the IT world. You will be a proactive, methodical troubleshooter, who fixes root causes – and have sound judgement on fix vs escalate vs change process.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in industries with high security requirements (e.g. banking, insurance, legal, defence etc).
You’ll be collaborative, service-minded and have good people skills – our team want to make sure our crew can get on with their work.
On the technical side we’re looking for someone with:
Strong Microsoft stack skills (M365, AD, Entra, Azure, Group Policy)
Business application administration (ideally ERP) with formal change management
Windows fleet endpoint management, software packaging and deployment
Windows Server administration and enterprise networking in practice
Virtualisation experience (VMware, Hyper-V etc)
Solid security fundamentals (patching, hardening, least privilege, access control and credential handling)
Experience and confidence with new and emerging technologies, including AI, and the ability to apply them to day-to-day operations, automation and improvements, within our established process and governance standards.
