Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key leader in the analysis, design, and implementation of our digital banking applications. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging your expertise in a specific digital banking or fintech application to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire digital banking ecosystem and the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements and identify the non-functional requirements

2. Identify gaps in the business requirements and articulate to the business units

3. Explain to business units how the business requirements will be implemented by the solution

4. Understand the product features and map those features to the functional requirements

5. Work with the product vendor in the development, review and verification of the solution

6. Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase

7. Manage changes in functional and non-functional requirements along with the project management team

8. Develop test plan, test data and test cases along with the testing team

About you

• At least 5 years+ experience as a Systems Analyst

• Preferably has background in Data

• Amenable to report full onsite in Makati for a dayshift schedule

• Can start ASAP
