Responsible for system operation/maintenance and process innovation activities. Conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be improved. Conduct system audit on a quarterly basis for assigned audit items. Prepare and update system documentation. Provide system education to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Experience related to task is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in programming
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Good analytical skills
- Willing to extend overtime and work on holidays
